Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
This role is essential to maintaining continuity across procurement operations, supporting analytics, bid execution, system maintenance, and carrier issue resolution. Backfilling ensures uninterrupted support for buyers in tools like Power BI, Keelvar, and TM, while also managing freight pay inquiries, equipment RFIs, and compliance tasks such as MY COI maintenance. Buyer efficiency and data integrity are positively impacted through the tasks of this role.
Typical task breakdown:
- Collaboration throughout the team, sourcing execution, carrier issue resolution, work and build Power BI Reports, review loads in the TMS
Education & Experience Required:
- Years of experience: 2-5 years
- Degree requirement: Bachelor’s degree required. Will accept a Master’s Degree as long as they are a new graduate.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $25.00 - $26.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
