This role helps ensure alignment with audit and compliance requirements, monitors changes in applicable laws and standards, and coordinates with cross-functional teams to communicate and advance compliance and contract management initiatives.

This is a full-time position. Candidates must live in Miami-Dade or the Fort Lauderdale area.

Key Responsibilities
- Support governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) activities by assisting with compliance framework implementation and regulatory compliance efforts.
- Build familiarity with GRC frameworks and help ensure technical and administrative controls align with audit and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory standards and stay informed of evolving laws, regulations, and obligations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support compliance and contract management initiatives and communicate updates effectively.
- Perform additional projects and other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (required)
- CCEP/CCEP-I (Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional) (preferred)
- CRCMP (Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional) (preferred)
- 3 years of relevant experience supporting or contributing to GRC program development and implementation
- English and Spanish (required)
- Portuguese (preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (required)
