Responsibilities
- Provide advanced dairy nutrition expertise to consultants, solving herd challenges
- Translate data from field & university settings, and nutrition concepts into clear, value‑driven recommendations that support sales opportunities
- Lead and support field trials, converting results into customer‑relevant evidence
- Act as a technical thought leader for Adisseo in the dairy industry through customer meetings, training, and industry events
- Partner closely with Sales, Technical Marketing, and R&D to ensure consistent execution of approved positioning and claims
- PhD (preferred), DVM, or MS in Dairy/Animal Nutrition or Animal Science
- 5 years experience in dairy nutrition, feed additives, or commercial dairy production systems
- Strong knowledge of ration formulation, herd performance drivers, and applied nutrition
- Proven ability to influence without authority in a matrix, customer‑facing environment
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel (~50%)
- High‑visibility role combining science, customers, and commercial strategy
