We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, experienced Senior Infrastructure Delivery Leader to drive the delivery of our Infrastructure projects (Network, Cloud, Servers, AI platform), from initial studies through to final delivery. This role requires a deep technical expertise across all core IT infrastructure domains combined with the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver Infrastructure projects in a global, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Ownership: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure projects, including alignment with business goals, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Infrastructure Architecture Planning: Develop and implement the Infrastructure architectures that support the company's goals and objectives. Drive the design, implementation and optimization of infrastructure components including :
• Datacenters and server environments (on-prem and hybrid)
• Active Directory and Windows-based systems
• Network architecture and security
• Cloud platforms
• Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning infrastructure platforms and compute environments
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure project alignment with business needs. Collaborate with Cyber-Security leader and Application owners to ensure infrastructure supports scalability, performance and compliance.
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to a team of project managers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial constraints.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all infrastructure projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within scope, and with all proper documentation for hand-over to the Operations teams
• Continuous Improvement: Promote best practices and continuous improvement in infrastructure project management processes

• Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure leadership roles with a proven track record of delivering complex international projects.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including datacenter operations, networking, Windows/Active Directory, cloud platform, and AI infrastructure. Experience managing hybrid environments and transitioning workloads to the cloud.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• High fluency in English is a Must
