BPO Controlling Manufacturing

Join Adisseo in a key global finance leadership role to define and optimize our manufacturing controlling processes. As the BPO for Controlling Manufacturing, you'll ensure the standardization, harmonization, and efficiency of Controlling processes across sites while leading SAP and BI-related initiatives.

1. Core Model Ownership & Process Improvement

• Define, maintain, and enhance the Controlling Manufacturing Core Model

• Drive standardization and harmonization of CO processes across manufacturing sites

• Streamline budgeting and controlling processes in collaboration with site controllers

2. Finance Community Engagement

• Lead and support the finance manufacturing community

• Collect, assess, and prioritize new needs

• Train new users and contribute to Competency Passports

3. Internal Controls & Documentation

• Support the Mass C-SOX control implementation

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Core-Finance documentation

4. SAP & Digital Tools Ownership

• Manage integration with other streams (especially F2S)

• Lead and support SAP CO deployments, Material Ledger, and S/4 HANA migration

• Coordinate and formalize User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

5. Data & Cost Structure Governance

• Ensure quality and consistency of manufacturing analytical structures

• Approve new cost centers, validate cost view for new SKUs

• Release standards for distribution entities

6. SAP Profitability Tools (Cost-Price)

• Oversee Material Ledger closing and stabilize Actual Costing

• Support end-to-end CO flow analysis from production to sales

• Document business rules and ensure costing accuracy

• Assist in understanding profitability, transport estimation, and stock value articulation

• Collaborate with Tax to improve transfer pricing

7. Business Intelligence (BI) Ownership

• Own and maintain the BI Profitability Report

• Provide user support, promote adoption, and train new users

• Gather improvement needs and liaise with BI development for enhancements

• Master's in Finance with 10 years in Manufacturing Controlling, including 5 years as a site controller

• Deep expertise in SAP CO modules (CO-PC, CO-PA, CO-OM, Material Ledger)

• Strong analytical, documentation & communication skills

• Fluent in English (Chinese/Spanish a plus)

• Comfortable with 20% international travel
