The HR Receptionist provides front desk and clerical support to the Human Resources department, serving as the first point of contact for employees, applicants, and visitors. This role performs clerical and customer-service functions including greeting visitors, answering and routing calls, processing incoming mail, scheduling appointments, maintaining HR files and records, and assisting with routine HR processes such as onboarding, forms management, and data entry. The HR Receptionist ensures confidentiality, supports smooth HR operations, and delivers professional, timely assistance to employees and the public.
Educational Requirements/ Qualifications:

- Well-developed verbal and written communications skills
