As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers and play an important role in creating a positive experience. You will answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, provide updates, assist with customer questions, and work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and coordinate customer service needs
- Respond to customer questions by phone and email
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide updates
- Maintain accurate customer information and detailed notes
- Communicate with internal departments to help resolve customer concerns
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding appointments and services
- Follow up with customers to help ensure a positive experience
- Complete data entry and additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling customer questions and concerns professionally
- Comfortable learning new computer programs and customer management systems
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Previous customer service, call center, scheduling, or office experience is preferred but not required
