What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Ambassador – Community Events position at Adirondack Basement Systems?
Adirondack Basement Systems is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to represent our brand at various local events, including parades, community gatherings, home shows, fairs, and festivals. As a Brand Ambassador – Community Events, you will serve as the face of our company, engaging with attendees, sharing information about our services, and generating leads.
This role involves assisting with event setup and breakdown, maintaining a professional and approachable presence, and helping to create a positive and memorable experience for potential customers. This is a per-diem position with flexible scheduling based on event needs. The base pay is up to $22 with additional bonus incentives based on the number of qualified prospects collected and appointments set.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – must be comfortable approaching and engaging with the public.
- Energetic, outgoing, and personable – enjoys talking to people and promoting a trusted brand.
- Dependable and punctual – able to arrive on time and follow through with commitments.
- Ability to work flexible, per diem hours – including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays, based on event schedules.
- Ability to lift and carry event materials (up to 50 lbs) and assist with setup and breakdown.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, promotions, or events is a plus, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and ability to travel locally as needed.
