Responsibilities
- Engage with customers both in-person and via outbound calls to promote vehicle options and automotive financing solutions.
- Build strong client relationships through personalized service, understanding their needs, and providing tailored vehicle recommendations.
- Conduct product presentations, including vehicle features, benefits, and optional upgrades to upsell effectively.
- Support inventory management by tracking vehicle availability, coordinating test drives, and updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems accurately.
- Utilize excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to follow up with prospects, maintain client engagement, and generate new leads through cold calling and B2B (business-to-business) outreach.
