Automotive Sales Associate

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Automotive sales and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers, finding them the perfect vehicle, all while contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and meet sales goals.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor with other sales associates
• Ensure all vehicles are properly stocked in, and displayed according to company standards.
• Exhibit strong phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or concerns over the phone and/or online.
• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Automotive Sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• Experience with Customers is key
• Ability to demonstrate products effectively during demos, test drives and vehicle deliveries.
