The Opportunity
We're seeking a Patient Care Coordinator & Tech CA to become the heartbeat of our patient experience. This is an in-office role at our Middleton location with the following schedule:
- Monday & Wednesday: 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM 2:30 to 6:30 PM (split shift with midday break)
- Tuesday & Thursday: 1:30 to 6:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00 to 11:30 AM
This is an in-office position with no remote work available.
Your Mission
You'll be the guardian of our patient relationships and the architect of seamless practice operations. Every family who walks through our doors will feel your impact, from their first nervous inquiry about natural healthcare to celebrating their child's breakthrough improvements months later.
What You'll Own
Patient Journey Excellence
- Ensure every patient receives timely neurological scans that track their healing progress
- Be the warm, confident voice that helps hesitant families take their first step toward natural health
- Guide new patients through their initial journey with compassion and clarity
- Serve as the trusted touchpoint throughout each family's transformation
Technology & Systems Mastery
- Learn and leverage Go High Level to streamline communications and workflows
- Track vital practice statistics that measure our impact
- Maintain impeccable records using Google Workspace
- Continuously improve our systems for better patient experiences
Team Synergy
- Ensure seamless information flow between doctors, patients, and team
- Anticipate needs before they become issues
