Wholesale Operations Coordinator
Adina Eden is a fast-growing jewelry and accessories brand sold at TJ Maxx, Ross, Burlington, Shopbop, Revolve, and more. We're looking for an experienced operations coordinator to own our wholesale order flow end-to-end — from the moment a PO lands to the moment it hits the customer's dock.
List Of Tasks:
• Order entry and PO management across 100 open sales orders
• EDI review and reconciliation — catching UPC, price, and quantity discrepancies before they become chargebacks
• Barcode and packaging coordination with overseas factories
• Production follow-up to protect ship dates and ex-factory windows
• 3PL inbound submission templates and shipment coordination
• Routing guide compliance for TJX, Ross, Burlington, and other major accounts
• Buyer communication — proactive updates on delays, ship windows, and order status
• End-to-end visibility from China ex-factory through domestic delivery
Requirements:
• 3–7 years in wholesale logistics, operations, or supply chain
• Hands-on EDI experience (reviewing, reconciling, flagging discrepancies)
• Experience managing 3PL partners remotely
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with operations tech
• Experience with off-price retailers (TJX, Ross, Burlington) is a plus — but any major wholesale account background is welcome
• Industry background is flexible — if you've managed this process in footwear, beauty, apparel, or any consumer goods, it translates directly
