Job Description:

·       The Counter Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience through daily store operations and expert product knowledge.

·       Key duties include managing inventory, recording shipments, maintaining the store’s appearance, and occasionally performing managerial tasks such as scheduling, ordering, and overseeing opening and closing procedures.

·       Qualified candidates must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with a team.

·       The ideal applicant is a growth-minded individual with a powerful customer presence who is committed to completing all required training and providing high-level service in a fast-paced retail environment.
