Job Title: Servicenow Developer

Location: Oshkosh, Wisconsin/Frederick, Maryland (Hybrid)

Duration: Full Time Permanent.

Salary: $145,000 Annual

Job Description:

Team Size

Small developer team working on a mature, 10 year-old ServiceNow instance with some customizations.

Core Requirements & Experience:

• Strong ServiceNow Development Skills: Hands-on coding (JavaScript) and configuration, experience with ITSM and ITOM.
• Business Analysis, development, and implementation with the business. There is no separate BA team.
• 8 years in IT/development, with substantial ServiceNow experience.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in heavy manufacturing, automotive, or large global/corporate hybrid companies is highly desirable.
• Experience with newer ServiceNow capabilities like workflow automation, AI (Now Assist), Virtual Agents, and self-service is a significant advantage.

Red Flags:

Exclusively Contract/Consulting Background: Candidates who have only been contractors/consultants are not preferred.

Desired:

Candidates coming with mix background, Consulting FTE experience will be a deal breaker as this is an FTE role so need someone who can stay for long in company
