Providing support to team members in daily operational tasks Reviewing travel expense submissions for compliance with company policy, legal requirements, and country-specific rules Working in the Navan expense management system to view and approve selected types of transactions Assisting with digital workflows and ensuring timely processing of expense-related tasks Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees? University student with a focus on Finance or Accounting Solid command of English (minimum level B2) Confident user of Microsoft Excel Responsible, detail-oriented, and quick to learn Availability to work at least 20 hours per week over a longer period On-site work only (no remote option) Which benefits do we offer?
