Key Responsibilities
Lead all inventory control and quality functions across multiple facilities and shiftsOwn inventory accuracy through cycle counts, analysis, and corrective actionGuide resolution of discrepancies and develop preventive controls that ensure reliabilityOversee inbound and outbound inspection processes to meet brand and customer standardsPartner across the network to standardize best practices and improve performanceAnalyze data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for operational improvementDevelop reporting tools and scorecards that elevate visibility and decision makingSupport operations teams by leading reviews, sharing insights, and building strong alignmentAct as a key escalation point for inventory and quality concerns
