We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of our globally deployed mobile applications. Hiring Salary Range : The typical hiring salary for this role, ranges from USD $146654.55 to $218792.73 per year but varies by specific work location. Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
Incentive Eligible (RBP) : This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 10% of the annual base salary. The bonus is contingent upon both individual and company performance.

JOB DUTIES:
- Define and execute a unified digital strategy for mobile applications.
- Drive product development from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Provide architectural guidance for mobile applications in alignment with overall architecture
- Review and contribute to code to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in UX, accessibility, SEO, and security.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical plans and requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks early, resolving blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with UX, marketing, and development partners to prioritize features and enhancements.
- Ensure alignment of business and technical goals through clear communication and documentation.
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively seek improvements.
- 5 years of experience in mobile app and/or web development and delivery.
- Proven experience managing cross-platform digital projects
- Proficiency in mobile frameworks (iOS/Android), front-end and back-end web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps workflows.
- Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics) and A/B testing platforms.
- Passion for UX and customer-centric design
- Prior experience in code level development of web applications
