As a Senior Manager, Product Cybersecurity, you will lead the strategic integration of cybersecurity across multiple product lines and service offerings. This role is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive product security strategies, managing a team of security professionals, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will engage with senior leadership to translate complex technical risks into clear business implications, influencing decision-making to safeguard ADI Global product portfolio and drive a culture of security by design.
JOB DUTIES:
Resideo Technologies has announced its intention to spin off ADI Global Distribution and establish it as a separate, publicly traded company. Under this plan, ADI will continue its role as a leading global wholesale distributor serving commercial and residential markets, while Resideo will retain its manufacturing and product-solutions business. Upon separation, both companies will operate independently to better serve their respective markets and customers. The spin-off is currently targeted for completion in the second half of 2026, subject to customary conditions.

Hiring Salary Range : The typical hiring salary for this role, ranges from USD $156817.39 to $233951.3 per year but varies by specific work location. Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
Incentive Eligible (RBP) : This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 15% of the annual base salary. The bonus is contingent upon both individual and company performance.

JOB DUTIES:
- Lead and manage multiple teams or a large department responsible for product cybersecurity services across global business units.
- Develop and implement strategic product cybersecurity initiatives that align with broader organizational objectives and industry best practices.
- Oversee the comprehensive assessment and management of security risks for ADI Global products and services, ensuring effective mitigation and documentation.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across engineering, legal, compliance, and business units to integrate security into the entire product lifecycle.
- Drive strategic discussions with business stakeholders regarding risk acceptance and the necessary investments for robust product security.
- Provide expert guidance on current and emerging IoT security trends, regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, RED, CRA), and their impact on product development.
- Lead incident response coordination for product security breaches, working with cross-functional teams to analyze impact and implement preventative measures.
- Establish and champion secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) practices, including threat modeling, security reviews, and penetration testing.
- Work closely with technical teams to gather and analyze security data, including potential vulnerabilities and threats.
- 10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, with a significant portion in product security leadership roles including managing multiple teams.
- Proven experience developing and executing cybersecurity strategies across a diverse product portfolio.
- Demonstrated expertise in secure software development lifecycles (SSDLC), including threat modeling, security architecture, and incident response.
- Extensive knowledge of cloud-based applications, PC/server-based software, mobile applications, and embedded systems in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of relevant security regulations, compliance frameworks, and data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, IoT security standards).
- Certifications in security and privacy demonstrating deep practical knowledge such as CSSLP or CISSP.
- Background in systems engineering or complex technical project management.
- Experience in a global organization with distributed product development teams.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with executive-level stakeholders.
