This role plays an important part in supporting production operations by assisting with material handling, packaging, organization, and shipping activities throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment where flexibility and teamwork are essential.

The following outlines the key responsibilities and expectations for this position.

• Assists operators with cutting and slitting packaging material.
• Ability to work with consistent movement of full body and hands by boxing product and packaging pallets.
• Ensures materials are in proper location for operators to produce products safely and effectively.
• Assists in organizing cutting and slitting areas for accuracy of materials as well as safety and cleanliness.
• Assists with inventory counts and accuracy.
• Ability to pull and verify materials and supplies listed on production orders.
• Has ability to quality check his/her own work and others for accuracy.
• Locates and packs materials for shipping.
• Documents materials and records units delivered and location.
• Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.
• Documents product shipment by recording units shipped.
• Learns and adheres to workplace safety regulations.
• Reliable transportation to and from facility daily.
• Positive attitude and flexibility with multiple tasks needed.
