2 . Responsibilities:
- Lead project management for ERP system upgrades, version migrations, and new feature implementations
- Ensure ERP solutions are implemented, including but not limited to customizations, macros, dashboards, modules, workflows, queries, etc. to maximize functionalities.
- Look for areas/ processes to automate and go paperless using our ERP system and other integrated applications.
- Maintain documentation of ERP system configurations, processes, and work instruction procedures.
- Conduct ERP upgrade post-implementation follow-ups, ensuring user satisfaction and addressing concerns.
- Provide technical support, work with and train end-users to use the system more effectively and continuously enhance ERP user experience.
- Ensure the ERP system supports business operations across departments. Serve as the subject matter expert for the ERP system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issue. Clean up, maintain, and optimize ERP and CRM databases.
- Create/modify custom reports, dashboards, and data loading templates to support day-to-day operations and promote a data-driven corporate culture.
- Work with internal IT Support Team and external IT Support Partner to optimize IT infrastructure, enhance user’s experience, protect the company from cybersecurity threats, and ensure network access and backup systems.
- Establishes and maintains information technology policies, procedures, and standards.
- Support Year End Physical Inventory Count & Performs other related duties as assigned.
3 . Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar fields required. MSc degree preferred.
- Experience with ERP system development, implementation, or optimization is required (Syspro or Sage experience preferred but not required).
- Experience in a Manufacturing environment or Manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with SQL, Microsoft Access VBA, PowerShell scripting, Windows batch scripting, and Python preferred.
- Experience working within a Microsoft on-premises and cloud hybrid environment (servers, Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365). Microsoft Azure experience is a plus.
- Experience working with 3rd party contractors.
- Strong communication skills to convey information and provide instructions.
- Ability to manage projects and get them done in a timely manner.
- Ability to develop and maintain record keeping systems and procedures.
- Ability to work well with other employees.
- Ability to Identifies areas for improvement and think strategically to enhance efficiency.
- A general understanding of business administration, accounting, or a related field is a plus.
