As a Mental Health Therapist, you will:

  • Provide individual, couples (LMFT only) and/or family therapy.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and counseling services.
  • Offer family support, communication, and education.
  • Facilitate therapy groups.
  • Advocate for clients within larger systems.
  • Coordinating with and referring clients to other qualified providers.
  • Maintain the clinical record for each client and ensuring documentation meets all compliance standards set forth in organization policy and insurancecontracts.


Actively participate in weekly team meetings and regular groupsupervision/consultation.

Requirements

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • A completed Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field that meets Oregon licensing requirements
  • Licensure with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Therapists or Board of Licensed Social Workers
  • At least 3 years of experience providing mental health treatment to children, adolescents, adults, and families (graduate-level experience may be considered)
  • Knowledge of the impacts of oppression and persecution on mental health and daily functioning, with experience applying trauma-informed care principles
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage documentation in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
