We are seeking a motivated Proposal & RFP Specialist to identify, develop, and submit bids and RFP responses on behalf of our company. This is a commission-only role, ideal for someone experienced in procurement and proposal development who wants flexibility and earnings tied directly to results.
What You’ll Do
- Identify relevant bid opportunities, RFPs, and RFQs aligned with our services
- Evaluate opportunities for fit and likelihood of success
- Develop and submit complete, compliant proposals and bids on our behalf
- Coordinate with internal team members to gather required content and documentation
- Manage proposal timelines and ensure on-time submission
How You’re Paid
- Commission is earned only on contracts awarded as a direct result of your submitted proposals
- Commission percentage and payment terms will be outlined in a written agreement
- No cap on earnings; compensation is tied directly to wins
What We’re Looking For
- Experience responding to RFPs, RFQs, bids, or similar procurement opportunities
- Strong proposal writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with government, nonprofit, or private-sector procurement processes
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
