Job Summary
Warehouse Associate is responsible for incoming and outgoing materials in the warehouse. Responsible for ensuring the warehouse functions in a safe, clean and orderly manner. This is a hands-on position requiring various duties within the department including: office administration, warehouse duties, and customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Unload deliveries
- Inspect material for damages
- Ensure material is correct style, color, quantity
- Store, restock, and shelve material as needed
- Mark material with identifying information.
- Inspect and record quantity and quality of goods received
- Communicate with appropriate department lead regarding product damage
- Perform general warehouse duties
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Must be detail-orientated and organized
- Basic math skills
- Forklift experience – verifiable forklift certification preferred
- Bilingual is a plus (Spanish)
- Able to work in extreme temperatures
- Able to work in areas with high activity and noise levels
- Must possess the ability to stand for long periods of time; to reach with hands and arms; to move among and between offices; to handle mail and documents; to sit, stoop, kneel and crouch; to lift and move up to 50 pounds; to see well enough to discern differences in quality of documents and files
- This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday.
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers, and forklifts.
