POSITION SUMMARY
ADG Architecture, llc is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the firm’s marketing, business development, proposal coordination, branding, and digital communication efforts. This position plays a key role in helping the firm maintain a strong visual identity while supporting RFQs, presentations, social media, community engagement, and internal marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is highly creative, understands visual communication, enjoys storytelling through design, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced architectural environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Branding
* Assist in developing and maintaining ADG Architecture, llc’s brand identity across all platforms
* Support creation of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, advertisements, banners, and digital graphics
* Maintain consistency in typography, color palettes, layout standards, and visual communication
* Help organize and manage marketing assets, project photography, logos, and presentation materials
Proposal & RFQ Support
* Assist with preparation of RFQs, RFPs, presentations, interview materials, and qualification packages
* Coordinate formatting, graphics, resumes, project sheets, and submission layouts
* Support deadline tracking and organization of proposal documentation
* Help create visually engaging presentation decks and interview materials
Social Media & Digital Content
* Assist with management of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and website updates
* Create graphics, captions, reels, and visual campaigns highlighting projects, events, and company culture
* Support development of creative storytelling strategies for architectural projects and community engagement
* Monitor engagement and assist with content planning calendars
Adobe Creative Suite Production
* Prepare and edit graphics using Adobe Creative Suite including:
* Adobe InDesign
* Adobe Photoshop
* Adobe Illustrator
* Adobe Premiere Pro
* Adobe After Effects
* Assist with layout design, photo editing, motion graphics, and video content production
* Support production of digital and print-ready files
Research & Business Development
* Research upcoming RFQs, industry trends, conferences, networking opportunities, and community initiatives
* Assist in gathering demographic, project, and market research for pursuits and presentations
* Help maintain marketing databases and project information archives
Administrative Marketing Support
* Organize files, folders, templates, and marketing systems
* Coordinate meeting materials and presentation preparation
* Support event coordination, sponsorships, and conference participation
* Assist with internal communication and marketing documentation

QUALIFICATIONS
* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite required
* Strong skills in graphic layout, typography, and visual communication
* Understanding of branding and social media strategy
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
* Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or creative industries is a plus
