What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and/or chat inquiries from patients and clients
- Assist with appointment scheduling, billing questions, and service information
- Accurately document all interactions in our system
- Escalate issues to the right team when needed
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- 1β2 years of customer service experience (remote experience is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Healthcare or medical background is a plus but not required
