Department: Customer Support & Patient Services
Location: Fully Remote
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
What You'll Do:
- Respond to patient and client inquiries in real time via live chat
- Provide helpful information on services, scheduling, and billing
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with professionalism
- Document all interactions accurately in our support system
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
What We're Looking For:
- 1 year of chat support or online customer service experience
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills
- Typing speed of 45 WPM with accuracy
- Comfortable managing multiple chats at once
- Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace
- Medical or healthcare background is a plus but not required
