What You'll Do:
- Respond instantly to patient and client inquiries through our live chat platform
- Provide accurate and helpful information on services, appointments, billing, and support
- Manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously with speed and professionalism
- Log and document all chat interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Identify and escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the appropriate team promptly
- Deliver a consistently warm and professional patient experience in every chat
- Follow all company communication guidelines and service quality standards
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality protocols at all times
