Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive E-commerce Operations Specialist with up-to-date knowledge of seller accounts across all US online marketplaces to elevate our online presence and drive sales in line with our SOP. In this role, you will work with the eCommerce Director and be responsible for listing and selling inventory across online marketplaces, while performing a small amount of customer service work. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, personable, and Professional in managing distribution (open) listing products.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Newegg, Temu, Best Buy, and other online selling platforms.
· Write compelling and keyword-reach listing titles, bullet points, and descriptions for PC peripherals, car accessories, and CCTV surveillance categories.
· Monitor and respond to buyer inquiries, negotiate prices, and close sales promptly.
· Coordinate packaging, shipping, and tracking for all online orders.
· Track online sales performance and provide weekly updates to management.
· Stay current on platform policies, seller best practices, and promotional opportunities.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Proven experience selling on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Newegg, Temu, Best Buy, etc
· Strong written communication skills for product listings and customer interaction
· Familiarity with shipping logistics (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and packaging best practices
· Basic knowledge of SEO or listing optimization for online marketplaces
