Job Summary
Assists the guest efficiently, courteously and professionally in all front desk related functions. Maintains a high standard of service and hospitality at all times.
Education & Experience
• High school graduate
• College degree preferred
• Previous experience working in a in customer service industry
• Must write, read and speak English and Spanish
• Basic computer skills
Physical Requirements
• Able to stand for long period of times
• Able to bend and reach constantly
• Able to lift approximately 30 pounds
• Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
