Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in preventive maintenance or engineering roles, preferably within hospitality or commercial facilities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and maintenance documentation.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management.
- Experience working in a luxury resort or hospitality environment.
- Certification in preventive maintenance or reliability engineering (e.g., CMRP).
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with operations and other departments to plan maintenance activities that minimize impact on guest services and resort activities.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and compliance documentation to support audit and safety requirements.
