Role Description The Experienced Machine Operator will work on-site in Milwaukee, WI in a full-time capacity, setting up and operating a variety of production machines and equipment. Daily responsibilities include reading and interpreting work orders or technical drawings, selecting appropriate tools and materials, and adjusting machine settings to meet production specifications. The role involves monitoring machinery during operation, performing routine inspections, and making minor adjustments to maintain product quality and output. The Machine Operator will conduct basic preventive maintenance, keep work areas clean and organized, and follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures. This position also requires communicating effectively with supervisors and team members to report issues, coordinate workflow, and support continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and working with different types of production Machinery.
- Strong Quality Control skills, including inspecting parts, measuring components, and documenting results.
- Experience using Hand Tools safely and accurately for setup, adjustment, and basic maintenance.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with team members, reporting issues, and following written and verbal instructions.
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role, preferably in a precision or gauging environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, or production documentation.
- Commitment to safety practices, reliability in attendance, and ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in machining or manufacturing is a plus.
