The supervisor must be bilingual to communicate effectively with diverse teams and will frequently travel between locations to maintain consistent standards and support.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and compliance standards
- Operate and oversee the use of standard forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Deliver training and upskill team members to enhance productivity
- Generate accurate reports on warehouse activities and team performance
- Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions
- Lead recruiting efforts to build and maintain a strong team
- Manage day shift schedules and workflows
- Travel frequently across sites to ensure consistency and support
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual proficiency
