Shift: Monday through Friday 0700AM-0400PM (with weekend work if needed by Customer)Pay rate: $20/HR Position SummaryThe Slip Sheet Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a slip sheet attachment to load, unload, move, and stack palletless freight within a warehouse or distribution environment. This role supports overall warehouse operations by ensuring product is handled carefully, accurately, and in alignment with productivity and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate forklift equipped with slip sheet attachment to move palletless loads.Load and unload trailers and containers while preventing product damage.Stage, stack, and organize product according to warehouse layout and instructions.Follow all warehouse SOPs, safety rules, and equipment operating standards.Conduct pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections and report any issues immediately.Verify product labels, counts, and handling instructions.Assist warehouse team with general material handling tasks as needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.QualificationsPrevious experience operating a forklift with slip sheet attachment preferred.Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain).Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment preferred.Skills & CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and accuracy.Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and operate equipment for extended periods.Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials (weight may vary per site requirements).Ability to bend, twist, and maneuver in warehouse conditions.Work EnvironmentWarehouse / distribution setting.May require overtime, weekend, or shift flexibility.Exposure to temperature variations depending on facility.Company DescriptionCalifornia based company with Nationwide presence.
