What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control Inspector position at Adept HR, Inc.?
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform and document quality sampling, inspection, physical and organoleptic attributes of raw materials, components, work in progress and finish products according to SOPs
· Perform sampling at designated intervals for physical, chemical and microbiological analysis
· Approve or reject raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance
· Must undergo training and always maintain a conscious awareness of personnel, equipment and safety measures
· Communicate issues in a timely manner to Quality and Operations leadership and teams, placing product on hold as needed
· Complete Quality documents accurately and timely
· Ensure sanitation procedures are being followed and complied with
· Closely monitor production runs to ensure finished goods adhere to specifications
· Complete special projects accurately and timely (e.g. data analysis, data entry, or other research)
· Light housekeeping of laboratory, tools and equipment required
- Coordinate product change notification as needed
- Assemble new product initial samples and confirm build assembly (BOM) for final products produced at the warehouse
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
