Position Summary:
We’re looking for a skilled, dependable Master Automotive Technician to join our team. We are a customer-focused independent repair shop known for honest work and quality service. In this role, you’ll handle everything from basic maintenance to advanced diagnostics while helping us deliver a great experience to every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
- Communicate clearly with the service advisor about repair needs, timelines, and any additional findings.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail on every job.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe; follow all shop procedures and safety practices.
- Recommend services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer maintenance schedules.
- Stay current on repair methods, tools, and technologies.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and help maintain shop efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of hands-on experience as a technician (independent shop experience preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills across multiple systems and vehicle types
- Familiarity with scan tools and shop equipment
- Reliable, self-motivated, and focused on doing the job right the first time
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- ASE certification(s) preferred or willingness to earn them
