We are currently hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy services. This position is structured around a 30-hour workweek, with opportunities to take on additional hours.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate BCBA to join our team. In this role, you will use the latest research in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) including the implementation of NDBI's to develop individualized goals and behavior intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. Your work will support meaningful progress and enhance quality of life for clients and their families. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths using tools such as VB-MAPP, ESDM, PEAK, ABLLS, Vineland, IISCA, PFA, and other approved assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans aligned with best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Collect, analyze, and graph data meticulously to track progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff on behavioral therapy techniques and data collection methods
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Conduct weekly parent training sessions (in-home or community-based as needed) to include formal parent training using Project ImPACT
- Collaborate with other service providers, including SLPs, OTs, PTs, and school teams
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 8–10 clients
- Complete treatment plans, behavior plans, and required documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
