Position Summary:
As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at Adena Health, you will operate advanced imaging equipment to produce high-quality nuclear medicine images. You will collaborate with Radiologists, managers, and department staff to develop, implement, and evaluate protocols. This role involves direct patient care, independent decision-making, and access to confidential patient information—all under the indirect supervision of the Radiology Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program
Certification/Licenses:
Registered in Nuclear Medicine Technology (ARRT or NMTCB)
Current Ohio licensure
BLS (Basic Life Support)
De-escalation training within 6 months
Experience: 1–2 years preferred in Nuclear Medicine
Key Responsibilities:
Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment safely and efficiently
Collaborate with Radiologists and staff on protocols and patient care
Ensure accurate documentation and handling of patient information
Provide high-quality care with attention to detail and safety
