Position Summary

• As a Physical Therapist at Adena, you’ll provide direct, personalized care to a diverse patient population. Whether you're helping someone regain mobility, reduce pain, or return to their daily routine, your work will have real impact. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering outstanding outcomes through clinical excellence and compassionate care.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy across a variety of settings
• Document care effectively and accurately, ensuring continuity and compliance
• Supervise and guide physical therapy assistants involved in patient care
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and providers to drive successful patient outcomes
• Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts across the department and health system
• Manage your schedule efficiently to balance quality care and productivity

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required)
• Strong clinical skills, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to continuous growth
• 1–2 years of direct patient care experience (preferred, but not required)
• High moral and professional standards with a passion for patient advocacy
