Join Adelphoi Education and help create a safe, therapeutic environment for youth in our Hartford Heights program in North Huntingdon/Irwin area. We are looking for passionate individuals committed to guiding at-risk youth toward positive change.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide counseling, assistance, and behavioral interventions to support emotional and mental health needs.
• Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans addressing social, emotional, medical, and mental health goals.
• Participate in therapeutic, educational, recreational, and daily programming activities.
• Monitor behaviors and mental health interventions during programming.
• Assist clinical staff with functional behavioral assessments and intervention strategies.
• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions under clinical supervision.
• Document treatment progress and maintain accurate reports within required timelines.
• Act as a positive role model and respond to crises using agency-approved techniques.
• Collaborate daily with supervisors, clinical staff, and teachers to ensure effective treatment strategies.
• Support team responsibilities and contribute constructive feedback.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Associate Degree or minimum of 60 college credits required in education, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Two years of experience working with dependent, delinquent, or at-risk youth preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
