What You’ll Do:
- Perform three-way purchase order matching and process daily invoice payments
- Administer the company credit card program
- Reconcile and process petty cash reimbursements
- Assist with daily processing and monthly closing activities
- Import/export data between Excel and ERP systems for analysis
What We’re Looking For:
- Education equivalent to a diploma or 2-year degree in accounting or business
- Minimum 2 years of experience in monthly and annual accounting cycles (preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP financial systems and strong tech aptitude
- Detail-oriented, organized, and ready to contribute to a high-quality team
