JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: Board Certified Medical Oncology or Truly Board Eligible (0-5 years); Board Certified Hematology Highly Preferred
- Licenses: Active OR License (Highly Preferred; accepts IMLC, must obtain during credentialing)
- DEA: Active DEA Certification (required during credentialing)
- Certifications: BLS required
- Experience: Post-residency experience preferred (0-5 years)
- Provide direct hospital-based outpatient care to hematology/oncology patients.
- Serve as chemotherapy program director/provider.
- Perform bone marrow biopsies.
- Manage outpatient consults (1-3 per week).
- Collaborate with support staff (ARNP, nurses).
