- Adhere to department and patient treatment schedules
- Participate in clinical and billing documentation
- Refer patients to other disciplines and agencies as needed
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to select therapeutic regimens
- Screen, examine, and evaluate patients to establish diagnoses
- Select activities suited to patients' physical and mental capacities
- Instruct patients in mobility skills and evaluate their progress and behavior
- Perform routine reexaminations to modify or progress treatment plans
- Incorporate health and wellness programming into treatment plans
