- Inpatient census: 11–16 patients/day

- Support staff available
- Reason for coverage: building bone marrow practice
Clinical scope and duties
- Provide inpatient hematology and oncology care for benign and malignant conditions
- Manage an inpatient census of 11–16 patients per day
- Collaborate with inpatient APPs and multidisciplinary support staff
- Support development of the bone marrow practice
Privileges, credentialing, and compliance
- Temporary privileges available
- Credentialing timeline: 60–90 days
Required qualifications
- Minnesota RN/NP (MN license required)
- Board-certified APP (NP/PA)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience managing benign and malignant hematology patients required
- Prior bone marrow practice experience preferred
