Summary:
Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gynecologist with expertise in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery. Fellowship-trained or physicians with extensive MIS experience preferred.
Required Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gynecology with MIS expertise (fellowship or equivalent experience preferred)
- Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain prior to start
- DEA registration (must be obtained prior to start; no exemptions)
- Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report dated within 30 days of presentation (required; no exemptions)
- Indicate visa status and needs (J‑1 or H‑1B) in submission if applicable
- Clean malpractice history highly preferred
Documentation to include with submission:
- Current CO license (or evidence of application)
- DEA status (or plan to obtain prior to start)
- NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days)
- Visa requirement statement (if applicable)
