- Provide 24-hour on-call orthopedic surgery coverage, responding to consults, emergency department visits, and surgical cases.
- Perform closed reductions, wound I&D, and fracture surgeries (wrist, ankle, hip).
- Stabilize and transfer long bone trauma cases as needed.
- Ensure prompt response within 20 minutes while on call.
- Document all care in Meditech EMR and adhere to gratis hours policy (up to 4 gratis hours per day).
