- Provide night call coverage for the inpatient hospitalist service
- Respond to calls and admissions within 20 minutes
- Manage an average census of 15 patients with 2 admissions per night
- Conduct inpatient rounding as needed during night shifts
- Perform necessary procedures including intubation, central line placement, chest tube placement, and ventilator management
