Job Requirements

- Licenses: Valid state medical license<\/span>
- Certifications: BLS, DEA, AAHIVM Certification (within 18 months)<\/span>
- Experience: 10 years preferred; Supervisory and quality improvement experience<\/span>
- Other Qualifications: Board Certification preferred; GCP and HSP training for research<\/span>

Duties & Responsibilities
<\/span><\/span>
- Supervise and evaluate HCC clinical staff including MDs, DOs, and mid-level providers<\/span>
- Review patient charts for quality, compliance, and performance metrics<\/span>
- Ensure provider staffing, vacation coordination, and patient flow<\/span>
- Monitor productivity and address performance issues<\/span>
- Support and oversee CME participation and charting compliance<\/span>
- Participate in clinical research and serve as Sub-Investigator when needed<\/span>
- Lead interdisciplinary team meetings and daily huddles<\/span>
- Oversee clinic administration and financial performance<\/span>
- Report to executive medical leadership and participate in scheduled committees<\/span>
- Conduct hiring, training, and performance management of HCC staff<\/span>
