- Specialty Backup: Collegial system physicians and subspecialty support
- Support Staff: Multidisciplinary team with APPs, nurses, and support staff
- Leadership & Reporting Structure: Reports to practice Medical Director

- Board Requirements: BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- DEA & Certifications: DEA, CSR, BLS required
- Credentialing Timeline: 90–120 days
- Base Salary: Highly competitive (negotiable, MGMA guidelines)
