- Fertility evaluations and consultations
- Assess and develop individualised treatment plans
- Collaborate with reproductive medicine physicians & staff
- Participate in fertility treatment protocols and procedures
- Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the REI division
- Oversee & guide the endocrinology and infertility program
- Perform diagnostic and advanced fertility treatments & procedures
- Lead quality improvement, clinical standards, and program growth initiatives
- Supervise and collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
- Participate in strategic planning and development of reproductive medicine services
- Manage clinic operations with limited inpatient or consultative responsibilities
