Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the valet team, ensuring efficient parking and retrieval of vehicles.
- Provide outstanding guest services by greeting visitors warmly, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly.
- Ensure all vehicles are handled with care, following safety protocols and proper driving techniques, including manual transmission operations.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including processing payments accurately and maintaining secure cash drawers.

Requirements
- Proven experience in guest services, hospitality, or a related customer-focused role.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating vehicles with manual transmissions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, team members, and management.
- Prior experience in dealership or retail environments is preferred; delivery driver experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with
parking regulations and procedures. - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform retail math calculations confidently.
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations.
- Experience in cashiering, cash handling, or retail sales is advantageous.
